Heading: Abide in Christ!
To "abide" means to stay where you are or to remain stable in a specific place.
As a child of God, you abide in him by spending time in prayer. When you abide in the Lord, you will be able to do the will of God. Abiding in Christ does not necessarily mean that there will be no suffering and pain in your life or that life will be smooth, but it prepares you in times of trials and tribulations.
Abiding in the Lord comes with a lot of challenges. Some people may want to break you, some may hate you, but it is important that you keep believing in the Lord and remain stable where you are because your survival is dependant on the Lord.
The Bible says in the book of John 15:3
"Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruits if it is removed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me".
